1. About Inter-Wise
Inter-Wise is operated by Blue Group Strategy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Content Disclaimer
The interview questions, model answers, tips, and all other content provided on Inter-Wise are for general preparation and educational purposes only. This content is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or representative of any UK recruiting body, professional institution, NHS trust, Health Education England (HEE), or any other official organisation involved in recruitment or selection processes.
We make no guarantees that using this service will result in success at any interview or selection process. Users should treat the content as supplementary study material and not as authoritative guidance from any official body.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to premium content requires a paid subscription at the current advertised rate. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing section of your account. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies and applicable consumer protection law.
Coupon codes may be issued at our discretion to grant complimentary access. Coupons are subject to usage limits and expiry dates as specified at the time of issue.
5. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and process the following personal data:
- Name and email address — provided at registration, used to operate your account.
- Practice data — your answers, confidence ratings, and progress, used to provide the service.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card details on our servers.
Your data is processed on the lawful basis of contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (to send you product updates — see section 6).
6. Your Data Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Request data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
You can exercise many of these rights directly from your Account Settings page, including data export and account deletion. For other requests, please contact us at support@inter-wise.co.uk.
7. Communications
By creating an account, you agree that we may contact you with updates regarding the Inter-Wise product, including new features, content additions, and service announcements. These communications are limited to product-related updates only. You may opt out of these communications at any time via your Account Settings.
We will never contact you for marketing purposes, and we will never share, sell, or pass your personal details to any third party.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers to operate Inter-Wise:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Vercel — for application hosting.
- Neon — for database hosting.
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and GDPR obligations. Your data is not shared with any other third parties.
10. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (listed in section 9) may process your data outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or that the receiving country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.
Specifically, Vercel and Stripe may process data in the United States under their respective Data Processing Agreements which incorporate Standard Contractual Clauses. Neon database hosting is configured to use EU/UK regions where available.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Inter-Wise, including questions, model answers, tips, and design, is owned by Blue Group Strategy Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Group Strategy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
